As many as you and your family wants! The standard diary can carry up to 15 stories, but we’ll automatically adjust it size to accommodate your family needs. That way you can share what you want, when you want, without having to worry about remaining space. And these extra pages are cheap… really cheap: 60 cents for 4 extra pages… Now that’s what we call a bargain!
Yes… Well, that's if you and your family are actively sharing stories and messages with your (grand)parents. As long as there are 6 stories or more shared during a month, a family diary will be created at the beginning of the next month. And what if you don’t get to 6 stories? We’ll simply transfer them to the next month until you’ve reached the minimum of 6.
We have two types of payment options, one prepaid and the other pay-as-you-go. With the prepaid plan, you as family can easily buy credits online, which represents a given number of family diaries. With the pay-as-you-go plan, you’ll simply receive an invoice each time a family diary is created and delivered. So regardless the plan you choose, there are no fixed costs.
As you probably know by now, you don’t need to pay anything for using HappyBridge. We ask for a small fee only when you decide as a family to go for a printed version of the family diary. Anyone in the family can pay this fee, or you could split it between the connected members. It’s up to you!
